Home Remodeling & Construction Contractor in Marple, PA

Marple Township's neighbourhoods were laid out as post-war subdivisions — generous houses on lots with tight setbacks and a coverage limit. That one fact decides most of what an addition here can and cannot be, so it is the first thing we check, before any drawing exists.

• Lot Coverage Decides The AdditionWe measure what your existing footprint already uses against Marple Township's coverage and setback limits before we design anything. Finding the ceiling on paper is far cheaper than finding it at a zoning hearing.
• Going Down Instead Of OutWhere the lot will not take more footprint, a finished basement adds the room without needing a variance. Framing, egress, waterproofing and trim are all handled in-house.
• Ranchers And Splits, Not Generic HousesThe 1950s and 60s stock around Broomall runs to shallow crawl spaces, load-bearing interior walls and attics with no usable headroom. We survey for those before quoting.
• Marple Township's Own Code OfficePermits, inspections and the Pennsylvania UCC rough-in sequence are filed and held by us, through Marple Township rather than a neighbouring municipality.
